HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?


Our ever eager 'postal pixies' at Olio Bello will get your order ready for Australia Post collection from the Farm - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Typically delivery to the Perth Metropolitan area is 3-5 working days from despatch day - all other states in Australia 7-10 working days.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At all times, It is Olio Bello’s intention to satisfy our valued customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit/debit card. 

If an item is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, then we will offer you the choice of a replacement (subject to sufficient stock) or refund.

Please follow the below procedure.

  1. Contact us and we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem.
  2. Ensure you have been issued with a returns number from us prior to returning any item.
  3. You can get a returns number by emailing us at sales@oliobello.com. Failure to obtain a returns number may result in delays and subsequent return of the item to you.
  4. The item should be returned in its original packaging along with all items of documentation and accessories.
  5. Ensure that the item is suitably packaged. We cannot be held liable for any damage to the product whilst in transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
  6. If the item is found to be faulty or damaged we will send out a refund or replacement item (subject to sufficient stock), dependent on your instructions. We will also refund your return postage costs in this event.

  

LOST ITEMS

 If an item has not been delivered within 14 days of the date of posting, please let us know by telephone on 08 9755 9771 during normal office hours, or email us at sales@oliobello.com. We will investigate with Australia Post, as to the whereabouts of the parcel. Upon resolving the matter with Australia Post, we will then either despatch a replacement parcel, or advise you where to collect it.
