After an Italian aperitivo and stuzzichini, take a behind-the-scenes tour of Olio Bello’s Italian oil-making facility, complete with olive oil tasting and a mini-master class. Then chillax under the olive trees with a big hearted, rustic lunch designed around Olio Bello’s infused, orchard citrus and estate-pressed oils and farm-direct gourmet produce.
The dishes will reflect and celebrate the seasons and feature contemporary takes on traditional dishes – all inspired by fantastic olive oils and the vision of this Roman master.
